Who we are
SLSCRW is a deeptech commercialization company based in the Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions go to our contact page.
What we collect
- Qualification form: company, website, your name, work email and what you are building.
- Job applications: your name, email, links and anything you write or upload.
- Contact and support messages: your name, email and the content of the message.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, used to keep the site working.
Why we use it
To answer you, to assess whether an engagement makes sense, to run our hiring process and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data.
Advertising measurement
When you arrive from one of our ads and complete the qualification form, we tell Google Ads that a form was completed, and we share your work email with Google in encrypted form so the result can be matched to the ad. This only happens if you accepted cookies. You can change that choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Who can see it
Only people working at SLSCRW, plus the service providers that host our site and database, send our email and measure our advertising. They process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Qualification and contact data for up to two years after the last exchange. Job applications for up to one year after the process closes, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will handle it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
