You know the price before the work starts.

We price the outcome, not the hours. Every piece of work has a defined deliverable and a fixed price, agreed up front. You can pay in cash, and for companies we believe in, we can invest part of the fee ourselves.

    How we price our work

We standardized the commercial work into defined pieces of output. Each has a fixed price. You pay for a result with a scope, not for hours on a clock.

    1. 01

We price the outcome, not the hours

Every piece of work has a defined deliverable and a fixed price. A market selection, a target list, a pilot process. You know what you get and what it costs before anything starts.

    2. 02

The price is fixed up front

No estimates that drift, no timesheets, no rate card. If the scope changes, we agree the new price first. Until then, the number does not move.

    3. 03

      You can start small

Start with one piece of work, not a monthly commitment. Scale up when a launch or a raise needs it, pause when it does not.

    4. 04

We can invest part of the fee

For companies we believe in, we can invest part of our fee instead of invoicing it, sometimes all of it. More on that below.

    Building blocks

Every piece of work we sell is listed with its scope, price and delivery time. You can mix and match them, or use them as a starting point for a conversation.

    Founding company offer

We are building our founding portfolio. For 3 deeptech companies, the first two steps are free: find where you can win, and build the list of companies worth chasing. No cost, no equity, no commitment.

    1. 01

      Find where it can win

We narrow it down to where your technology is clearly better and someone has budget now.

    2. 02

      Find the right companies

We build a named list of target companies and the reasoning behind every name.

If the work is useful, we send you a proposal to continue. If not, you keep the output.

3 spots. When they are filled, this offer closes.

    Estimate your price

A few questions about what you are trying to get done produce a rough scope and a price range. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a quote. The real price is the one we agree on before the work starts, and it does not move after that.

    How our investment works

Every engagement starts with the full value of the work. You can hire us normally and pay all of it in cash. For companies we believe in, we can invest part of that fee instead of invoicing it, anywhere between 0 and 100 percent.

What we invest accumulates as an investment amount. At a future qualified funding round it converts into equity, using the valuation of that round with an agreed investor discount and standard protections. There is no set stake agreed up front. The stake follows from the amount we invested and the value of the company at that moment.

    No surprises

The calculator gives you a starting point. Before we do anything, we agree the work and what it will cost.

    1. 01

      Nothing starts without agreement

We write down the scope, deliverables, timeline and price before any work begins. You see the full picture up front, not an estimate that drifts.

    2. 02

      The price follows the scope

If the work grows, we agree the extra cost first. If it shrinks, the price shrinks too. You never get a bill for work you did not sign off on.

    3. 03

      No default monthly commitment

Ramp us up when a launch or funding round needs it. Dial down, pause or stop when things settle. No minimum spend, no notice period.

    4. 04

We can invest part of the fee

For companies we believe in, we can invest part of our fee instead of invoicing it, sometimes all of it. What we invest converts into equity at a future qualified funding round, at that round's valuation with an agreed discount. There is no fixed percentage, and it is our decision, not a menu option.

Customers, grants, venture capital — or a mix. Four minutes to apply. If we believe in it, we may invest part of our fee. If not, we say so.
